RETURN POLICY
In accordance with law, returns must be sent within 14 days from the date you received your order. In case of a product return please contact us by email at: [email protected] to inform us about the reasons of the return and let us know how we can best serve you. Please note that in order for a product to be returned we must have the number of your order and the code of the product. If you wish to return a product for reasons other than a company’s mistake, you will be responsible for paying only for the shipping costs for returning your item, which is 5 euro. In case the return is due to our mistake, it shall be our responsibility to pay for this cost. If the package is returned by a courier company other than the recommended courier, the client shall be held responsible for all relevant costs.
EXCHANGE OF PURCHASED PRODUCT
We will do our best to replace the product you returned whether it was considered defective (same code, possibility for a different size or color),
or you have not received the right product code, or the size is not suitable for you, or for any other reason that you may state in your e-mail. For your best servicing, we advise you to send the item back within 24 hours from receiving it. In case a product is exchanged for another, the full price is taken into consideration even during sales periods. Products at 50% sale cannot be changed.
In case product change is not possible due to lack of availability of the requested item, we will contact you offering you alternative choices.
www.ekfrasiboutique.com reserves the right to ask for a photo demonstrating the defect or problem of merchandise before approving an exchange. Whenever possible www.ekfrasiboutique.com will repair the defective product. Used or worn products shall be returned to the client. www.ekfrasiboutique.com reserves the right to deny an exchange of product that is not approved or if a product is not returned according to the return policy as described below. In the event of exchanges that cannot be approved or do not fall into the relevant procedures, the merchandise shall be returned to the client at the shipping address stated in the original order.
For any other case that is not explicitly mentioned, the European distance selling regulation shall be applicable.
RETURN CHOICES
- Exchange the same product in a different size or exchange it with another product.
- Refund in the bank account that you will give us. Refunds will be processed as soon as possible after the products have been returned, inspected and approved by ekfrasiboutique.com
- Credit the value of the returned product in the account that you keep in our e-shop, in order to use it for a new purchase of the same or a higher cost, in the same season, within 30 days from crediting your account.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All products returned must be in the same condition that you received it with all tags attached. The client is responsible for the return of products in our premises. Thus you must safely pack the product for its return. The security label must be intact on the product. Products must not be worn, washed or amended in any way neither must have signs of use. Shoe soles must be in excellent condition without any signs of use. Products must be returned with their initial tags and packages in which they were received.
Shoes must be returned in their boxes, and shoe boxes must be intact, without changes and must not be used as the external shipping package. Products must be returned in the packaging in which they were received. Please put the original receipt/invoice in the returned package. Jewelry and headbands cannot be returned or exchanged.
